Bean Salad
Three bean salad, a colourful combination of vegetables and beans.
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients
Portions 4
 
Red Kidney Beans (tinned) 50 grams
Sweetcorn (frozen or tinned) 35 grams
Chick Peas (tinned) 35 grams
Peas (frozen) 25 grams
Onion (fresh) 25 grams
Method
1. Cook frozen vegetables. Cool down under cold running water and allow to drain.
2. Drain kidney beans and chick peas.
3. Finely dice the onion.
4. Combine all ingredients together, and serve in bowls with garnish.
Serving Suggestion
Serve cold with grilled or baked fish, chicken.
