Rice Crispie Cakes
If your children enjoy cooking with you this is the ideal recipe to let them get involved. These cakes melt in you mouth and are very popular at children's tea parties.

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients
Portions 8
 
Rice Crispies 90 grams
Milk Chocolate (cooking) 200 grams
Mixed Fruit (dried) 42 grams
Paper Cake Cases 8 individual
Method
1.  Gently melt the cooking chocolate in a saucepan, remove from heat.
2.  Add the rice crispies and mixed fruit to the melted chocolate ensuring they are fully coated.
3.  Using a small scoop, fill the cake cases, and allow to set.
4.  Serve as required.
Serving Suggestion
Sandwiches and fairy cakes at a tea party.
