Apple & Celery Salad
A fruity light salad with a difference

Ingredients
Portions 4
 
Apples 100 grams
Sultanas 25 grams
Celery 1 stick
Salad Cream or Mayonnaise 40 ml
Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon(s)
Method
1.Dice apples and cover with lemon.
2. Chop the dates and wash and chop the  celery.
3. Mix all the ingredients with the salad cream.
Serving Suggestion
serve with pork pie and green salad or sliced meat
