Rhubarb or Apple Oaty Crumble
A real british pudding.

Cooking Time: 30 - 40 Minutes
Ingredients
Portions 8
 
Rhubarb or Apple 650 grams
Demerara Sugar 100 grams
Granulated Sugar 100 grams
Flour (plain) 68 grams
Oats 100 grams
Margarine 100 grams
Method

1. If using tinned fruit spread in the bottom of the tin, if using fresh fruit, stew the fruit first.     
2. Combine the sugars and flour and oats, melt the marg and mix into the flour mix.                 
3. Spread the mix over the fruit.                                                      
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c/400°f or Gas Mark 6 for 30-40 minutes until the top is crisp.

Serving Suggestion
Serve hot with custard, ice cream or cream.
