Try to dry naturally

When you wash your pots, crockery and utensils, you should try to leave them to drain until they are dry if possible.  This is because tea towels can be a source of cross-contamination so don’t use them all the time. After you have used a tea towel make sure it dries out before you re-use it.  Also change them regularly and wash in a hot cycle. If you can, use disposable cloths or paper towels.
