Rice Crispie Cakes
Ingredients
rice crispies=90g
milk chocolate [cooking]=200g
mixed fruit dried=42g
paper cake cases=8 individual
Method
1.Gently melt the cooking chocolate in a saucepan, remove from heat.
2.Add the rice crispies and mixed fruit to the melted chocolate ensuring they are fully coated.
3.using a small scoop fill the cake cases and allow th set.
4.serve as required.
