Keep and eat food at the right temperature

Make sure you keep food at the right temperature.  If food is meant to be cold you need to keep it in the fridge until you eat it.  Hot food needs to be eaten whilst it is piping hot.  You may have cooked something but don’t want to eat it until the next day. If this happens you need to leave it until it cools down and then store it in the fridge.  Heat it up fully when you want to eat it ensuring that it is piping hot right through.
