Make sure you get frozen food home quickly from the shop

When you go shopping you should buy your frozen food at the end of your shop so it does not start de-frosting in your trolley.  You then need to take it home as quickly as possible and put it in the fridge or freezer straight away.  Bad bacteria can start to grow very quickly so frozen or cold food shouldn’t be allowed to become warm.  The bacteria could give you food poisoning.
