I am Jewish and we celebrate Passover. It is a celebration of freedom. During this time we eat lots of different foods.  Actually it is probably the most complicated Jewish festival in terms of food. We have family gatherings called Sedars, where we have special songs, food and customs. It is a great time of celebration.
