It was my sisters birthday and we were having some friends round for drinks before we went out. My sister had received a new cocktail shaker for her birthday and I had the great idea of making Champagne cocktails. I put in some Blue Curaco, lemonade and then the Champagne. I remember the look of horror on my friends and family’s faces as I shook the shaker. Blue liquid covered the kitchen walls as the cocktail went everywhere. And then everyone was in fits of giggles laughing at my error. I still cringe today!
